Blast Off with this Fun Rocketship Sandwich

Kids will have a blast eating this fun Rocketship Sandwich. They can eat the finger food veggies first and then the main sandwich parts. Have a Rocketship Party with these as your theme. A real boy favorite.

Items needed: 

  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread
  • Radish
  • Cheese slice
  • Assorted pepper slices
  • Cucumber slice
  • Cheese for star
  • Sandwich filling of your choice

Instructions: 

  1. Cut bread slices into a rocket shape from white bread. 
  2. Fill with sandwich filling of your choice.  Ham & cheese?  Turkey and mayo? 
  3. Cut rocketship legs from whole wheat bread. 
  4. Cut cheese slice legs and orange pepper legs to add to the top of the whole wheat legs. 
  5. Cut three thin radish slices to add for rocketship windows. 
  6. Make flames beneath rocketship from yellow pepper. 
  7. To finish off, cut a star from a cheese slice or orange pepper.  Make a "moon" slice from cucumber.  This will delight any little man in your life!
