Looking for a cute Easter cookie idea? Why not make these adorable bunny cookies that the kids can help make. The best part is that you can give these little bunny cookies their own personalities. Make them smile, make them frown or just give them some awesome attitude!
It's as easy as icing any cookie, especially if you use the right frosting. We used Cookie Icing by Betty Crocker. It comes with a tip to use and the icing hardens rather quickly, so you can safely stack your cookies in a tin once they are finished.
What You Need:
- Nutter Butter cookies
- Cookie Icing
What To Do:
- Ice cookies by first making two ears and then the body. Bunnies don't have to be perfect.
- Add sprinkles to highlight the ears and then add sprinkles for the face. You can also add sprinkles to indicate the bunny paws or make a tiny basket.
- When icing has hardened, store in a sealed container.
How cute would these be to give as little tins of Bunny cookies for Easter surprises? Or put a bunny cookie at each place setting for Easter brunch.
